About

I'm Yuexi Chen (陈玥西). I also go by Tracy because it sounds like my Chinese name. Currently I'm a computer science Ph.D. student at the University of Maryland, College Park. I'm co-advised by Prof. Max Leiserson and Prof. David Fushman. Before joining CS@UMD, I received my bachelor's degree in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China (USTC). My hometown is Sichuan, a southwestern Chinese province, also the hometown of pandas.

When not sciencing, I play tennis with friends. (I was very fortunate to be on the varsity team of USTC.)
